I went for a nice running session in the chilly weather this morning. It felt really good, I hope the nice weather holds on and I can run many more times outdoors! Today I was not hungry all day, in the afternoon I wanted some taste so I had an apple.

We knew that dinner was going to feel really good tonight, so I prepared the drumsticks and prepared everything so it can get ready faster! 🙂

This is our first dinner, it was delicious:

“The workout class was smooth, although I was a bit afraid that after two days of eating non-conventional meals I might be weak. I wasn’t. From the third day, there is also a shake for breakfast which was really nice after the workout.
I was hungry at noon – people are usually hungry at noon – but the shake was enough. Okay, I also ate an apple.
During the meeting in the office, my colleagues opened a pack of breadsticks. I found myself reaching out for a piece, but I realized that’s not a good idea now, let’s have an apple instead 🙂
At night finally proper dinner (see picture). Yummy.”
