Protein Coconut Cubes – Fit Cookie

We don't usually eat cookies during C9 or F15 programs. These are lifestyle programs and after you finished, you want to keep your new fit habits, but sometimes… sometimes everyone needs some cookies. Make the cookies fit, and problem solved!

  • 30 g oatmeal flour
  • 30 g Forever Lite Ultra vaníliás fehérjepor
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 pack baking powder
  • 2 tbsp erythritol or honey

chocolate gloss

  • 20 g Cocoa powder
  • water
  • erythritol or honey
  • coconut


  • Mix the ingredients or the dough into a food container, mix them and put it in the microwave for 2 minutes.
  • Cut the dough into small cubes – I've got 8
  • Mix the ingredients of the chocolate gloss
  • Use a fork to dip the cubes into the gloss and into the coconut
