Poppy seed protein shake – C9 recipe
- 1 serving Forever Lite Ultra vanilla protein powder
- 2 tbsp ground poppy seeds
- 300 ml almond milk, soy milk, cashew milk or smilar No added sugar version!
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tiny bit lemon peel Optional
- Put all the ingredients into a mixer or a simple shaker, mix/shake and it's ready!
