Poppy seed protein shake – C9 recipe

This is a very simple and easy to make C9 program compatible protein shake recipe. You just mix all the ingredients and it's done. It takes about 5 minutes to make. No sugar!
It tastes like the famous Hungarian "Mákos Guba". This is some kind of poppy seed dough, but much better. Google it!

  • 1 serving Forever Lite Ultra vanilla protein powder
  • 2 tbsp ground poppy seeds
  • 300 ml almond milk, soy milk, cashew milk or smilar No added sugar version!
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tiny bit lemon peel Optional


  • Put all the ingredients into a mixer or a simple shaker, mix/shake and it's ready!
