
Protein Pizza – Easy to Make, Healthy, C9 recipe
Very easy to make, low carbs, tons of protein – all you need for a healthy lifestyle – delicious fit pizza
Ingredients
pizza "dough"
- 500 g cottage cheese
- 2 eggs
- 8 tbsp oatmeal flour
spices
- salt
- pepper
- oregano
toppings
- canned tomato sauce
- ham
- tomatoes
- cheese
Instructions
Dough
- Preheat the oven to 180C (360F). Mix the ingredients: eggs, cottage cheese, oatmeal fluor, salt pepper, oregano.
- Put a silicone baking paper on a baking tray and apply a thin layer of the mixed dough to it. You can do it by hand or with a butter knife. Bake for 20 minutes.
Toppings
- Put the tomato sauce on the pre-baked dough, add some oregano on top. Add the ham slices, a thin layer of sliced tomatoes, and grated cheese. Put in the oven, bake until the cheese gets brown
