Our Clean 9 program ended yesterday, so we would like to present a little summary now about how we felt.

I think the numbers are pretty good, you can also see in the pic on the bottom how much our bodies changed. Okay, we might not have the best bodies in the world, but in progress… 🙂
I feel much better, I get up in the morning much easier. Earlier I had to push snooze at least 3-4 times. My general “being” is much better too, I’m not sleepy and lethargic all the time. I also like workouts more, and I started to think about which sports I want to try, what can I insert into my daily schedule.
Things became part of my daily routine during the 9 days
I asked Zoli yesterday how should we proceed, should I make a shake for him tomorrow? He told me he will need one after the workout class. So it was waiting for him in the fridge when he got home. 🙂
In the morning I was running more conscious, I was paying attention to speed, so it wasn’t difficult to run one more lap than usual in the nearby park. I couldn’t do more as I had to go to work. I’ll test this weekend if I can do a longer distance.
We did this Clean 9 nice and steady, do I surprised ourselves with a protein cake, which I prepared from chocolate protein powder and oatmeal flour with some berries on the top.

This has been my second C9, and it was great again!
I got what I expected. The program is set up really well, it works, it’s absolutely doable and this is just the beginning!
This is where you start your fit joureney. It’s a nice kickstart with the help of a fit mentor and nice group of people who are also doing or already did C9. This gives you great motivaion and tons of ideas about healthy recipes or home-workout exercises.
I asked Zoli to summarize how he felt about these C9 days and what he thinks about the program:
Doing the Clean 9 is not difficult, not at all. Of course, you need some willpower, but I never hit my physical or mental barriers. I was never starving, and I never felt weakness or lethargy, quite the opposite.
This is very important information for those who did some kind of fasting-diet in the past.
This is not a fasting-diet. The program gives you the nutrition you would usually get with your “normal meals” – probably more.
There is an important thing about C9: This is not a magic-pill set!
Some people asked me/us if this is some kind of super-pill, which you just have to take in, and that’s it, you get better looks. Well, I think there is no such pill 🙂 If you want results, you have to work for it.
You need willpower and you need to move regularly.
Don’t worry, there are a lot of examples for “beginner’s workouts” in the little notebook you get with the program in case you need them. A longer walk can also be a nice workout, choose whatever you like and whatever matches your physical condition, the important thing is that you move!
For example between my usual workout classes, I did some jogging, hiking, or some physical work around the house, walked up the stairs instead of using the elevator, and things like that. So simple.
And how I felt during the Forever C9’s nine days?
At first, it was a bit strange of course, and I really didn’t like the taste of aloe vera gel, but as I mentioned I was never starving. Lack of sugar and coffee hit mi a bit on the first two days but wasn’t a big deal.
During the first two days, I felt a bit less active, like when you get up in the morning and you need your coffee.
By the way, coffee is not mentioned in the C9 notebook as a “forbidden” thing, but you do this program for yourself, and I thought that the more precisely I only eat and drink which is in the notebook, the better results I get.
From day 3, things became easier
At first, I even thought that two shakes a day might be too much!
From day 3 you get “proper” dinner. For these dinners, you can also find lots of tips and recipes in the notebook and in our Facebook group (over 23000 members). Well, I didn’t really have to care about this, to be honest, Regi as an experienced C9-er planned and prepared the meals. All of them were delicious, I never felt that this would be some extreme diet thing.
Meanwhile, at the gym, I was working with the usual weights without any problem. This confirms that I was not starving, not getting any weaker. I’ve got the nutrition you needed.
From day four or five things became part of the daily routine like I was doing this forever
I never had the feeling that I need to eat a huge cake right now richly lubricated with goose-fat or something…
The nine days passed by fast, Regi prepared more and more delicious recipes, we followed the book, sometimes we measured, and that’s it. It wasn’t hard at all. Seriously.

FIT Journey Updates
I just wanted you guys to see where we started and where we are after a few years.
This is from our worst to our best in about 5 years. And all started somewhere here, with this post above.
In 2019 our little baby girl was born!
